The HOW

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a great tool to help with any of these situations, plus so much more! It is a gentle technique that is often used to help with stress and anxiety, regulating our nervous system and balancing our energy. It is a simple, body-centered way to shed light on the negative patterns that we form around our uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.

 

EFT (a.k.a. "tapping") is a tool that can help you discover and release your emotional or physical blocks, allowing you to navigate life's challenges with more clarity - on your own terms, helping to promote healing and growth.

 

With relief from your limiting beliefs, thoughts or patterns, you also create the space to open yourself up and connect to the authentic parts of yourself that often get covered up by the 'living in survival mode'. By creating a balance in the body's energy system, you can begin a journey of personal expansion - shifting your energy towards living your truth and figuring out what success means for YOU - giving yourself permission to shine!

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a gentle (yet powerful) stress reducing technique that helps you "re-boot" your body and emotions. It is a safe, effective way to discover more about yourself while calmly acknowledging and finally letting go of old ways that may be holding you back. EFT can be applied on your own for everyday stress relief - and it can be used to explore deeper for further growth in a private session with me as your guide.

 

Scientific studies show that EFT tapping allows the brain and body to release stress and negative emotions, as well as calm and regulate the central nervous system. Benefits from EFT can include:

  • Release and transform negative emotions, emotional trauma, financial blocks, relationship problems, emotional eating, weight issues, phobias, sleep issues

  • Help move us beyond fears and limiting beliefs/patterns

  • Improve or even eliminate some types of physical discomfort or pain

  • Help to overcome unconscious patterns or feelings that keep you stuck or in a place of overwhelm

  • Calms the amygdala (the “emotional brain” that reacts and generates our fight, flight or freeze response)

  • Regulates body chemistry – Decreases cortisol (the stress hormone); Enhances feel-good hormones (like serotonin and endorphins)

  • Promotes general relaxation
