The HOW
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a great tool to help with any of these situations, plus so much more! The techniques are gentle, effective ways to help with stress and anxiety. EFT (a.k.a. "tapping") uses specific accupressure points on the body to help regulate our nervous system and balance our energy - allowing new perspectives and solutions to present themselves. Enabling the body to release uncomfortable feelings, it is a simple, body-centered way to shed light on the negative patterns that we form, or energy that we hold, around past or present stressful events.
By helping you discover and release your emotional or physical blocks, EFT helps you navigate life's challenges with more clarity - on your own terms, helping to promote healing and growth.
With relief from your limiting beliefs, thoughts or patterns, you create the space to connect to the authentic parts of yourself that often get covered up by the living in survival mode. EFT can be applied on your own for everyday stress relief - and it can be used to explore deeper for further growth in a private session with me as your guide.
